Imagine Optic is a French company that was founded in 1996 and which is specialized in wavefront sensing through the Shack-Hartmann technology, Optical Metrology, adaptive optics and the beam shaping of energetic laser pulses.

In order to respond to the challenges of the latter activity, a dedicated business unit has been created. Its mission consists in the development and commercialization of optical systems allowing the transmission of energetic laser pulses in the ps and ns regimes through optical fibers for processing (Laser Shock Peening (LSP), Laser Cleaning (LC)) and characterization (Laser Ultrasonics, Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) applications)
