Organized by the CLUB LASER ET PROCÉDÉS, in partnership with CAILABS, the INSTITUT MAUPERTUIS and PHOTONICS BRETAGNE and with the support of Région Bretagne, Rennes Métropole, ALPHANOV and AMPLITUDE, this 2023 edition was held at the Stade Roazhon Park in Rennes on September 27 and 28.
Laser innovation at the heart of the program
47 high-level technical conferences were structured around 5 key thematic sessions: welding; structuring and shaping of the beam; additive manufacturing; structuring of transparent and semiconductor materials; cutting, composites and process control.

120 participants also had the joy of spending a wonderful evening at the Château de Montmuran. On the program: visit and dinner with regional flavors .
A round table on traceability in the field of electric mobility
Moderated by Gwenn PALLIER, Product Line Manager at CAILABS and Sébastien PERSONNIC, Development Director at ID4MOBILITY, this round table saw experts speak on key themes:
o David ALLIOUX, Climate & Digital Consultant, BL EVOLUTION: How can we reduce our carbon footprint linked to transport?
o Antoine BLANC, Carbon Net Zero Europe, STELLANTIS: What impacts the carbon footprint of an electric vehicle? How to reduce it?
o Markus KOGEL HOLLACHER, Head of the R&D projects department, PRECITEC: How can lasers contribute to making the manufacturing of electric vehicles cleaner and more efficient?
Great success for this 2023 edition
The 2023 edition brought together more than 164 participants including 47.5% manufacturers, 17.9% technology centers, 17.9% users, 11.1% academics and 5.6% from other fields , coming from more than 80 different companies and 13 different countries.

The CLUB LASER ET PROCÉDÉS is already looking forward to seeing you in 2024 on June 18 and 19 at the Palais de la Bourse in Bordeaux. This edition will be organized in partnership with ALPHANOV, ALPHA-RLH, AMPLITUDE and LASEA.
